always something

I left Towson after dark. When I was getting into a highway, I saw a eighteen wheeler coming into my lane. I slowly moved back to merging lane. This means I was between the truck and a concrete wall. Before the end of the merging lane ended, I managed to get to the back of the truck to avoid the wall.
On Rt. 40 near my house, I had to change lanes to make a left turn. When I was partically in the next lane, I saw this BMW a few inches away. This car came to my lane without a turning light. I do not think he/she saw me at all. It was rather scary.
Every November things go wrong, but not in October. This is strange to me. I hope nothing serious will happen.
I managed to sleep ok last night. Today's huge job was done fine. I was worried about this one since there were so many things could go wrong. I have been in business for over thirty years and usually I am ok. But this one made me nervous.
It seems like I am going to New York City for Thankigiving. As long as we get there and the weather is fine, there is nothing to worry.
My mother called me and told me construction next door is causing problems. I do not want to
go to Japan this winter. Flying to a fouteen hours difference country is tough to an old man.
